WE ARE KELLI AND SCOTT

We work hard to provide the best travel experiences we can for you! Scott continuously improves our product quality while Kelli responds quickly to your needs to ensure your expectations are met. We like working together, and we take pride in our properties and our satisfied customers. We make sure that your feedback results in a better product and booking experience. Sometimes Scott takes customer calls and sometimes you'll find Kelli doing maintenance.

WE LOVE ALYESKA RESORT

It's a top-notch, year-round destination with world-class skiing and great summer activities. Located between Anchorage and the Kenai, it's a perfect spot for visitors who are exploring several areas in Central Alaska. Cruise travelers will often board or disembark in Whittier or Seward, and Girdwood is a convenient mid-way stop to or from! This property can accommodate groups up to 14 people. Originally it was a gift shop. The gift shop owner painted an Alaska mural which Kelli repainted in summer 2021.

AUKE BAY IS A SWEET WALKING COMMUNITY IN JUNEAU

We have nine properties to offer in Auke Bay. From Auke Bay you can participate in many activities including whale watching, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking and more just outside the doors of our properties. It's within walking distance to the beautiful University of Alaska campus, Auke Bay Harbor, several restaurants, this cute convenience store, a hair salon, coffee shop, trails, and Auke Lake. We love Auke Bay!

ALASKA TRAVEL ADVENTURES HAS 48 YEARS OF EXPERIENCIE AND IS THE MOST DIVERSIFIED TOUR COMPANY IN ALASKA

Kelli is one of the owners of this company and offers discounted tour prices for excursions offered by Alaska Travel Adventures. Tours are in Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway and Sitka and include whale watching, salmon bakes, gold rush shows, gold panning, kayaking, canoe tours, hiking, boat tours, off road jeep adventures, and more.

SCOTT

Vice President of Operations

Scott is the man! A lifelong Alaskan, he loves to fill the freezer with fish and game when he has time. He has a construction and maintenance background and takes great pride in our properties. He has an endless list of things to do to make it better for you. He works diligently to chip away at that list, but more ideas keep coming - he'll be at it forever as things change, ideas spark, and guest expectations evolve. Count on Scott for a quality product!

RACHEL

Hospitality Host, Juneau

Rachel is a super hospitality host! She turns the properties on the weekends and other times, in a pinch, when we need extra help. She is a lifelong Alaskan who has been in the customer service business primarily doing transportation services. During the week she drives a taxi and could possible help you with some of your transportation needs. Rachel is fantastic!

ALEX

Auke Bay Laundry Technician

Alex is a lifelong Alaskan and is Kelli's mom. She has been volunteering her hospitality services toward her granddaughter's college fund for over three years. She does the laundry for Suite View and Harbor Haven at Auke Bay. Check out her towel display! She is very particular and it always looks like a million bucks! This lady is amazing! You'd be lucky if you cross her path. She makes everyone she touches smile, every time!

KELLI

General Manager

Kelli is a lifelong Alaskan and has been in the hospitality business for 36 years. Her career commenced as a busser at the Gold Creek Salmon Bake. She served 17 years on the state of Alaska Tourism Marketing Committee during which time she worked as head of sales and marketing for Alaska hotels. She ran Alaska Travel Adventures as their president for 15 years. After high school and between college she travelled for 7 years, including a three year stint in Japan working for Muira Yuichor - First guy to ski Mt. Everest. He skied it again and was the oldest guy to ever ski it. Kelli is also a real estate professional with a long history of property management experience. Kelli wants to help people have great vacations, and she always has!

JOY

Hospitality Host, Anchorage and Alyeska

Joy is a hard worker who makes sure your stay in Girdwood or Anchorage is comfortable. She travels 35 miles from Anchorage to clean Chair 4 Por Favor, Drift to the Lift, and Chalet Galleryt. Joy is accommodating to guest early check-in and late check out request whenever possible given a little advanced notice.

JOLENE

Hospitality Host, Juneau

Jolene has been cleaning properties for us for 4 years. She takes care of Precision Lodge which houses Shangri-La, Suite Rock, Biker's Bungalow, Lucky Duck, and Baked Alaska. Jolene will take good care of you if she isn't on her annual hunting trip in September.

LILLIAN

Hospitality Host, Juneau

Lillian is a go-getting, always willing to do whatever needs to be done on time. You can count on her for clean properties in Juneau!

ALICIA

Hospitality Host, Juneau

Alicia has been there to clean every Juneau property, she almost always take care of the popular Kelli Creek Cottage. Alicia is also a Lyft/Uber driver and might be able to assist you with your transportation needs. RAY

Jack of all Trades

Ray is Kelli's dad and helps with whatever maintenance, laundry, or customer service activities that might need to be done whenever the need arises. On Wednesdays for three hours (and whenever else he steps in) he also volunteers for his grand daughter's college fund. Ray can get a lot done fast. If you need something done, count on Ray!

ASHLEY

Hospitality Host, Alyeska

Ashley’s can do attitude and work ethic make her a valuable asset. She pitches in to perform jobs without being asked wether it be shoveling the snow, purchasing items, checking on the property when vacant and more.
